About the Role
- Assist the Mill Manager in the overall planning, coordination, and supervision of mill operations to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
- Monitor and control processing efficiency to minimize oil and kernel losses within acceptable limits.
- Ensure that the production of Crude Palm Oil (CPO) and palm kernel consistently meets the established quality specifications and customer requirements.
- Implement and monitor a preventive maintenance system to ensure plant reliability and minimize downtime to below 2.5% of total processing hours.
- Ensure strict adherence to all relevant management systems, including ISO 9001 (QMS), ISO 14001 (EMS), OHSAS 18001, and MSPO standards.
- Supervise, train, and motivate operational staff to achieve high performance and maintain a safe working environment.
