System & Product Design

• Develop system architecture for chillers and electrified heating units, with a focus on performance, efficiency, cost, and reliability.
• Apply HVAC and refrigeration expertise to design and optimize system layouts, components, and piping.
• Perform thermodynamic, fluid flow, and heat transfer analyses to validate and refine system designs.
• Select and size key components—including compressors, evaporators, condensers, fans, pumps, expansion valves, sensors, and heat exchangers—to meet project requirements and applicable codes.
• Ensure effective integration of mechanical systems with electrical and control systems.
