We're Hiring: Mechanical Senior Engineer – Penang (Back-End Semiconductor Facilities)
Join our client's high‑tech manufacturing facilities team and take ownership of mission‑critical mechanical & HVAC systems that support their semiconductor operations in Penang's Free Industrial Zone.
Location: Bayan Lepas Free Industrial Zone, Penang
Contract: 12 months (Convertable to Perm) | Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm
Salary: RM 5,000 – RM 9,000
Bonus: 13th‑month bonus
What You'll Do:
Oversee operation & maintenance of mechanical/HVAC systems in a semiconductor manufacturing environment
Ensure uninterrupted utilities supply to support production activities
Manage documentation related to mechanical & HVAC systems
Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Support facilities project planning & implementation
Provide technical assistance to production, internal teams & facility partners
Contribute to energy conservation, cost‑saving & EHS programs
