About the Role
Engineering Our client, a global leader in transportation technology, is seeking a
Senior Mechanical Design Engineer
to support the development of advanced rail signalling systems. In this role, you will design and validate CBTC components including racks, enclosures, and integrated subsystems, ensuring compliance with international railway mechanical and environmental standards.
You will leverage tools such as CREO, Solid Edge, ANSYS, and IcePak to perform mechanical, thermal, and vibration simulations while supporting validation testing and failure analysis. This position requires strong expertise in materials, EMC control, ingress protection, and shock/vibration principles.
This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned engineer who enjoys solving complex challenges, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to high-impact infrastructure projects.
