Job Title: Senior Merchandiser Company: VKNP Designs Pvt. Ltd. Location: Udyog Vihar Phase 4, Gurugram Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly driven Senior Merchandiser to lead buyer communication and ensure flawless execution of orders in a high-speed fast fashion environment. The ideal candidate should have strong commercial understanding, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple buyers, large order volumes, and strict timelines. Key Responsibilities: • Independently manage buyer accounts and end-to-end order lifecycle • Handle order costing, order confirmation, execution, and shipment planning • Own and monitor FPT, GPT, and TNA across multiple orders/styles • Ensure timely approvals for samples, fabrics, trims, PP samples, and production stages • Coordinate closely with design, sourcing, production, QA, and logistics teams • Proactively identify production bottlenecks and drive solutions • Ensure OTIF (On Time In Full) delivery performance...
