Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our industrialisation and operations team, supporting the transition from product design to stable, high-quality series manufacturing.

In this role, you will act as a key technical interface between R&D, Quality, and Production, ensuring robust process definition, optimization, and continuous improvement in medium to high automation environments.

This role gives you strong ownership, international collaboration, and the chance to directly impact product quality, cost efficiency, and operations.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Define, develop, and industrialise manufacturing processes in collaboration with contract manufacturers and production teams.
• Lead seamless product transfers from R&D to series production, including NPI activities and engineering changes.
