About the Role:
The Senior Manufacturing Engineer (SMFE) coordinates the end‑to‑end realization of manufacturing lines and processes for capital equipment assemblies and sub‑systems—from product introduction and transition through pilot builds to stable, high‑volume production. This key role plans, designs,validates, releases, and sustains robust manufacturing processes that meet Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Complianceobjectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Process & Line Design, Documentation, and Control
Drive process definitions, including routings, standard work instructions (WI), PFMEA, control plans, torque and alignment specifications, test protocols, acceptance criteria, and special‑process qualifications (e.g., rework, cleaning, vacuum/leak testing).
