Senior Manager, Workday Integrations

About the Role

The Workday Integrations, Senior Manager, should be a go to practice leader that provides expert guidance, advice, and development support to the Global Delivery Center leadership team and its subsequent team members. In this role you will work directly with the Director on resourcing and internal contribution assignments to maintain the highest percentages of both billable and productive utilization as possible. This will be accomplished by effective and efficient project forecast reporting and monitoring.  You will work closely with engagement and project managers in identifying business needs, staffing projects, and ensuring that the work/life balance of our consultants is monitored and adjusted appropriately.
