Senior Manager, UX Design

Purpose

This role plays a leadership role in Peru in executing the digital experience strategy for the Retail Banking segment. This role is responsible for leading a team of UX designers and researchers to create intuitive, human-centered digital experiences that meet the needs of retail customers and drive engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty. Working cross-functionally with Product, Technology, Marketing, and Business teams, this leader ensures that design thinking and user insights are embedded throughout the product development lifecycle.
