The Senior Manager,Technology Enablement within Canadian Banking Engineering (CBPE) plays a critical role in driving the adoption of outcome-based delivery practices across domains and squads. Reporting to the Head of Engineering, this role focuses on enabling teams to improve flow of value, enhance delivery predictability, and foster continuous improvement. The Senior Manager partners closely with Product, Engineering, and Domain Leads to implement frameworks, coach teams, and ensure alignment to strategic priorities.
