About the Role

The Role
This position will be responsible to provide technical support and advice to the Property Management team to review building defects and conversion works across Mapletree Group’s asset portfolio and ensure compliance to building safety requirements and standards.

Job Responsibilities
Lead, plan, control, organise and monitor building defects and conversion works to achieve asset objectives and standards across portfolio of assets.
Work closely with in-house - technical team and external consultants and contractors to review building related defects and propose solutions for rectification, operation, repair maintenance of all building facilities and systems in the property portfolio.
Procure consultancy services (where required) and contractors to implement rectification / conversion works.
