We are looking for a highly analytical and commercially driven Senior Manager, Strategic Development Analyst to play a critical role in driving data‑driven decision‑making and supporting strategic development initiatives across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Investment Feasibility Analysis: evaluate investment opportunities through financial modelling, risk assessment, ROIC and payback analysis; provide data‑backed recommendations and conduct rental performance reviews and market benchmarking; develop pricing strategies to optimise asset utilisation and profitability.
