We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Engineering Manager to lead and grow the EDS cross-functional hub in India.
The Engineering Manager for EDS is the strategic site leader for our India Center of Excellence. You are not just managing a team; you are building an institution. You will lead a diverse, cross-functional organization spanning Architecture, DevOps, Component Development, LSD, and Support. Because a significant portion of our internal customers are based in India, you must serve as the Head of Customer Success for the region, using exceptional interpersonal skills and empathy to build trust with local leadership. You are the bridge that connects US strategy with India execution, ensuring that our platform empowers teams to deliver patient safety.
