Senior Manager, Software Development

Position Overview

We are seeking an innovative and results‑driven Senior Manager, Software Development Engineering, to lead our Platform and Data Engineering organization. This team is responsible for building and scaling mission‑critical platforms that are foundational to Autodesk’s success, including:

• Content Platforms
• Unified Search Platform
• Metrics‑Driven Experimentation Platform
• Marketing Analytics and Data Engineering Platform

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor multiple Agile Scrum teams composed of full‑stack engineers and data engineers.
• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Partner with product managers, business stakeholders, and architects to define technical strategy, design robust platform and data architectures, and influence the product roadmap.
