Senior Manager Retail Operation Excellence
PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANISATION:
Overall plan omni-channel and digital revenue streams roadmap for retail, including but not limited to Enterprise Wechat (Group/Mini-program/Livestreaming) / RED / Ship From Store / CRM cooperation / Dianping,etc to to provide best consumer experience for adidas own retail stores. Play a leading role in retail project management to drive global projects and local initiatives planning and landing to support the retail operation excellence and drive business growth, including SCM/Operation/Digital/Consumer experience related projects.Play as the PMO role of Retail to support Retail SLT on high-level meetings, Retail priorities and strategies.Support Retail Operation Excellence Director to manage all team project status and find Retail business opportunities.
