Senior Manager - Procurement Delivery Centre Operation

General Procurement: Negotiates contracts with suppliers that secure favourable terms for procurement of goods and services contracts in line with the agreed business requirements. Identifies, evaluates and manages external suppliers. Leads strategic review, with in depth category knowledge of the category. Ensures that the right business requirements, and supplier improvement actions are in place to deliver value to Organization Job Family Group - Procurement: Manages relationship with external suppliers for the provision of goods and services. Negotiates favourable terms, volume discounts and long-term contracts with suppliers. Identification/evaluation of new vendors in line with agreed business requirements, as well as tracking and monitoring of service level agreements and performance standards for existing vendors. Leads strategic category management of their category, in partnership with the business and stakeholders.
