Role Overview

The Asset Launch Program Manager is accountable for ensuring end-to-end launch readiness by driving operational excellence in launch planning and execution across global medical and cross-functional teams. The role also acts as a strategic integrator , connecting key functions to deliver timely, aligned, and high-impact asset launches .

Partnering closely with Launch Excellence teams and regional/local affiliates , the role ensures disciplined execution while enabling agility throughout the launch lifecycle to maximize strategic launch value .
