Be a trusted advisor to EMEA and LATAM leaders and functional People Partners. Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management
Use data insights to identify trends and develop recommendations for the regions Regional Leadership and Compliance Oversee the employee lifecycle across Portugal, UK, Germany, Spain, and Colombia, partnering with the Legal team to ensure compliance with local labor regulations
Provide day to day counsel on employee retention, engagement, and performance concerns. Conduct investigations and provide resolutions that mitigate risk and uphold our company values
