We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the day-to-day operations of our DTC, Amazon and Wholesaler fulfillment.  The Operations Manager will play a critical role in ensuring that 3PL and distribution operations run efficiently, meeting both customer demands and company goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, a keen eye for process improvement, and a passion for quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Fulfillment Management: Oversee the entire fulfillment process for DTC, Amazon and wholesale partners from Netsuites to 3PL to ensure that products are shipped on time, within budget, and to the required KPI's. Troubleshoot any EDI, ASN or late order issues.
