M800 is looking for a Senior Manager in Network Operations Center.
The Senior Manager will be responsible for directing a team of shift engineer to achieve:
The Network Operations team provides 24 hour a day, 7 day a week support.
The team is responsible for proactive monitoring, problem analysis and resolution.
The team is responsible for guarantee the customer SLA and executes the internal/external escalation if required.
The team is the communication bridge between Customer, Sales, Engineer and external vendors.
