About the Role

                    Overview Summary

The client service Senior Manager will lead the client service and operations function for a large, modern logistics/warehouse facility, ensuring smooth day -to -day operations and a high -quality tenant experience. You will oversee a team of around headcounts across facilities, maintenance, cafe operations and tenant support, acting as the main point of contact for tenants and managing their onboarding, requests, issues and projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage 3–4 functional teams (Facility Management, Maintenance, Café Operations, Tenant Account Management) with a total headcount of around 10–15 team members.
Set team goals, allocate tasks and build a collaborative, client -focused culture that consistently delivers a high level of service.
