Position Overview

Reporting to theVP, Human Resources,t he Senior Manager, Human Resources will work with leaders and their teams to directly define and implement people strategies that are aligned with business plans. They will provide business partnering support while develop ing and implement ing leading practice across the organization related to HR programs ( Total Rewards, Colleague Engagement, Performance Development, etc. ) and ensure HR compliance.
