Our buy side services are embedded into an end-to-end approach (valuation, negotiation, due diligence, contracting,..), focusing on privately owned companies. Typically our services are delivered on “moments that matter” to our customers.
In order to grow our M&A & Finance team (50 professionals) and more particularly our buy-side business, we are looking for a Senior Manager Financial Due Diligence.
