Key Responsibilities:

• Lead 23 medium-sized projects and manage 34 subsystems.
• Oversee a team of 1020 resources (may include contractors).
• Work closely with Senior Leadership to ensure alignment with business priorities and strategic technology initiatives.
• Accountable for successful delivery (on-time, on-budget, with highest quality) of all integration and AI-driven projects across different tools and technologies.
• Provide technical leadership and direction to evaluate third-party systems, prototype new components, and drive adoption ofGenerative AI solutionsfor productivity and innovation.
• Ensure alignment with company standards and propose optimizations for existing processes, leveraging AI-based automation where applicable.
