The Branch Servicing & Virtual Collaboration team is looking for a passionate Senior Development Manager who can help build the bank of the future. You will lead a talented team of software professionals to drive exciting initiatives such as building new applications, re-platforming legacy technologies to improve performance, latency, availability and have a large impact on our overall Scotiabank customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, inspire, and grow a team of high-performance Devs, QAs, BAs and Delivery Leads.
• Define and drive the team’s technology vision and an executable roadmap for your applications.
• Accountable for application development of multiple complex business as well as technical initiatives aligned to banks strategic priorities. Ensure projects are delivered within prescribed timeline and budget.
