About the Role

As part of Scotiabank’s Data & AI Technology team, you’ll provide hands-on leadership for enterprise-level data platforms. Your role will include overseeing complex projects, ensuring adherence to architecture standards, and delivering scalable data solutions. Collaboration with various teams will enhance your project delivery and leadership impact.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead complex enterprise-level initiatives using Azure Databricks
• Manage all aspects of project delivery outcomes
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver resilient data solutions
• Guide technical implementation of data pipelines and analytics
• Ensure compliance with governance and operational standards
Requirements:
• 10+ years in data engineering or related sectors
• 5+ years in a management or senior leadership role
