Senior Manager, Data Privacy

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Manager for Data Privacy & Compliance to help strengthen and advance data privacy governance across the SM Retail Group. Working closely with the AVP for DPA Compliance, this role provides strategic oversight and hands-on leadership to ensure compliance with the Data Privacy Act, NPC issuances, and evolving regulatory requirements.

What You'll Do
Serve as a trusted partner to business leaders on data privacy and regulatory compliance
Review and assess Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) for projects, systems, and programs involving personal data
Review and validate Data Privacy Agreements prior to Legal endorsement
Drive compliance monitoring through internal privacy audits, on-site reviews, and regular assessments
