+ **Leadership and Collaboration:**
+ Develop and execute the Japan data analytics strategy in alignment with global and regional stakeholders
+ Establish and oversee governance processes for master data and enterprise reporting
+ Build and lead a high-performing Data & Analytics team to identify, define, and resolve business problems through data driven insights
+ Implement and operationalize the governance process for self-service reporting
+ Foster a data-driven culture through user community building, training/certification program creation & execution, and best practice sharing across the organization
