About the Role
The Senior Manager, Performance Marketing plays a critical role in driving customer retention, expansion, and migration success across Sage’s medium segment Finance and ERP portfolio. This role focuses on planning, delivering, and optimising scalable in-life and migration marketing campaigns that increase customer lifetime value through add-on module adoption and successful migrations.
Working at the heart of the organisation, you’ll collaborate closely with Account Management, Customer Success, Channel, Sales, and regional Marketing teams to deliver data-led campaigns with measurable commercial impact. You’ll also lead a small high-performing team and support regional execution across UKI, APAC, and AME, ensuring alignment with wider marketing strategies and targets.
