What we are looking for in the role:
Policy & Underwriting Governance
- Draft, review, and update credit policies for unsecured lending products (Personal Loans, Business Loans, etc.)
- Ensure underwriting frameworks align with regulatory guidelines and internal risk appetite
- Monitor portfolio performance and recommend policy refinements based on trends and analytics
Process Design & Optimization
- Design and streamline end-to-end credit underwriting and approval processes
- Develop SOPs and process notes to ensure standardization and control
- Drive automation initiatives and system enhancements in collaboration with tech teams
