Job Purpose

• Responsible for managing the production support for the most critical application of the bank. – FLEXCUBE Core banking for multiple locations including Pakistan.
• Executing the support strategy of technology by achieving objectives and goals. Responsibilities include delivering unique service by providing high quality of support.
• Accountable for support and manage Core Banking system that can impact the bank with huge financial losses, reputational issues, regulator warnings/penalties and also can incur huge operational losses.
• Part of Core Production Support function at Mashreq Bank Pakistan core banking support team
