Senior Manager, Compliance Investigator - Latin America

This position is responsible for leading and managing ethics and compliance investigations across Latin America, operating under global standards of integrity, transparency, and regulatory compliance. It is an individual contributor role within a Global Investigations Center of Expertise, reporting directly to the regional investigations leadership.

The Investigator will handle a broad range of ethics and compliance allegations in the region.

This is a hybrid/remote position and may be based in Brazil in accordance with corporate and legal guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive, high‑quality end‑to‑end investigations into potential breaches of internal policies, ethical standards, and/or applicable laws and regulations, presenting findings to senior management.
