About the Role

Overview

Senior Manager, Change Management, Training and Communication leads the change enablement approach supporting the FP&A modernization program and enterprise-wide implementation of Anaplan. This role is accountable for ensuring business readiness, driving adoption, and embedding new ways of working to realize measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and execution of integrated change management strategies to support FP&A modernization and Anaplan adoption.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to assess change impacts, identify risks, and develop mitigation approaches that support business capability.
  • Act as a strategic partner to Program Management to align and integrate change activities with program priorities and milestones.
