Senior Manager - Capacity Management

Responsible for coordination of capacity and allocations, ensuring maximum utilization of vessels based on commercial priorities and optimal customer care. Establish and maintain a highly professional relationship with various stakeholders within the organization, acting as a liaison between commercial and sales management and operational Line Management.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Own Capacity Management processes and relevant reports.

Oversee forecast and bookings development in conjunction with Trade and Agencies/Local Offices.

Monitor service utilization to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Analyze booking trends and provide feedback to Trade for commercial follow-up.

Collaborate with Line Management and Planners to optimize vessel utilization.

Evaluate in conjunction with Agents, Trade, and Sales, ad hoc loaders that may be deployed in the service.
