Job Description
- Establish, enforce, and continuously evolve BIM strategy, standards, and protocols across all organizational projects in strict compliance with industry best practices and Saudi Arabian building regulations, leveraging 15+ years of strategic BIM management expertise
- Oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise-level BIM workflows, processes, and procedures to ensure standardization, regulatory adherence, and organizational scalability
- Direct and manage large-scale BIM teams including coordinators and modelers, with accountability for performance management, quality standards, professional competency development, and succession planning
- Manage all BIM project deliverables, including complex 3D models, clash detection, coordination, and 4D/5D modeling, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with organizational specifications
