What’s the role?

This role is responsible for how Everyday Banking designs, embeds and maintains its business risk and control environment. The focus is on ensuring risks are clearly understood, controls are effective in practice, and issues are identified and addressed early.

You’ll work closely with senior leaders, risk partners and control owners to make risk practical, well understood and embedded into everyday decision‑making. A key part of the role is lifting risk and control maturity across the business, supporting regulatory change, and helping teams manage risk confidently while delivering customer and business outcomes.
