Senior Manager Applications Solutions Development

What success looks like in this role:

• Manages the efforts of subordinate leaders and associates.
• Works with product and business leaders to understand requirements and define technical architectures to solve complex business and technical problems.
• Works with software and other engineers and with relevant project / program stakeholders on maintaining solution architecture roadmap and vision.
• Supports / owns resolution of critical support issues.
• Drives execution of solution development through allocation and management of resources.
• Drives decision-making processes to consensus and ensures that steps are taken to implement the solution roadmap.
• Contributes to strategy development for software, application, platform and infrastructure development and quality assurance.
• Defines and monitors team success metrics.
• Implements organization level initiatives and tasks within the team.
