To lead the development and implementation of digital customer engagement / e-commerce strategy and architecture for inhouse and external applications, solutions and infrastructure, including backend corporate level applications like ERP and interfaces between systems and applications. Identify and prioritize the key capabilities the platform needs, act as a technical product owner in aligning the function specifications, leading to define the technical specifications, create solution approaches and work with the development and infrastructure teams in building the roadmap for executing the strategy and solutions.
