About the Role

Position Overview

Responsible for establishing the Supply Chain ecommerce Distribution Center operations and the on-going customer fulfilment and delivery operations for the APAC business.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Order Fulfillment Performance
  • Ensure the day to day execution for e-com fulfilment operations in Hong Kong DC
  • Detailed management of specific picking and packing processes
  • Ensure alignment with eCommerce operations fulfilment, and to ensure opportunities are leveraged to minimize costs and ensure service commitment
  • Establish and monitor performance KPI's for all critical aspects of the Fulfilment lifecycle, DC operations and 3PL performanc
    • Logistics Data Analysis & Optimization
  • Analyze APAC eCommerce order fulfillment data, including shipping lead times, delivery accuracy, and cost efficiency.
