In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Council’s litigation service. You’ll handle a varied and often complex caseload, represent the Council in County Court and Magistrate Court proceedings, and play a key role in ensuring the Council delivers a responsive, trusted and customer focused in house legal service.

The diversity of casework includes but is not limited to housing possessions, anti-social behaviour, debt recovery, commercial property litigations, fly-tipping, licensing matters and planning enforcement. This role will provide you with excellent flexibility and the opportunity to work three out of five days from home. <...
