- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Natural Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in insurance underwriting and risk assessment within Life, Accident & Disability, and/or Health lines.
- Strong experience in underwriting Life, Disability, and SINOT products, including quoting, policy issuance, and endorsements for group accounts.
- Ability to manage operational and service processes such as renewals, conversions, onboarding of new groups, and client support.
- Full proficiency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
