Senior Legal Counsel- Projects/Construction

Our client is a well-established and prominent organisation in Saudi Arabia, involved in large-scale projects across construction, infrastructure, and related services, contributing to the Kingdom’s growth and development. They are instrumental in advancing the goals of Saudi Vision .

Due to their continuous expansion, they are currently seeking to hire a highly skilled senior Legal Counsel with a minimum of 6 years of experience in the PPP field. The ideal candidate will have expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, EPC/O&M agreements, project documentation and managing project lifecycle. The role involves leading legal discussions with Partners, contractors, clients, and external counsel, including PPP and other construction project transactions.
