Overview

As the Leasing Manager, you will use your creativity to build strategies that meet the tenancy requirements of your mall assignment. You will not only be responsible for filling the tenants but also for ensuring that the mall has the best tenant mix that attracts consumers in your area.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, develop and create strategies, policies, projects and procedures that will increase, improve and maximize tenant occupancy of the malls.
• Review, analyze, propose and advise management and tenants on product/service mix concepts, construction requirements and compliance to contractual obligations.
