Job Description
Reporting to the Manager of Learning and Development, the
Senior Learning and Development Coordinator
will design and deliver technical courses and skill-based training that align to the learning and development priorities of the organization.

Position Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the execution of business as usual, small-scale training program
• Lead or support quick wins, process improvements, and initiatives that will improve learning and development operations
• Lead or support in the conceptualization, preparation and implementation of new courses/s
• Work and develop relationships with trainers, consultants and learning business partners in delivering function or organization-wide learning and development programs or initiatives
• Assist in completing the learning numbers and reporting of the function and the entire organization
