About the Role

 
  Your main responsibilities and tasks: 
 Support and optimize current improvement structure within NAA;
 Co-design in the further development of Continuous Improvement in NAA;
 Support in the development of the “strategic / operational” goals of NAA;
 Drive, manage and support of lean improvement projects, workshops and initiatives;
 Ensuring efficient workshop and project tracking (key figures development) until project closure;
 Implementation of lean management methods (i.e. leader standard work, 5S, Kaizen workshops, value stream mapping, SMED);
 Training and coaching of colleagues with the methods from Lean Production to support the achievement of goals;
 Contribute to standardization and further development of the Continuous Improvement strategy;
 Execution and implementation of lean assessments.
