The Senior Lead Quality is responsible for overseeing the quality control processes within the phone assembly plant, ensuring that all products meet the company’s quality standards before reaching customers. This role includes Integrated Management Systems (IMS) to maintain high standards of quality, safety, and environmental compliance.
