Senior L3 Support Engineer

**Responsibilities**:
- Perform L3 Support duties in US trading hours
**Skills**:
Must have
- 3+ years of L3 support experience
- Strong understanding of Support processes, SLAs
- Ability to read Java code and fix less complex bugs
- Working proficiency with Unix
- Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills; attention to detail, thoroughness and strong ownership of work
- Good team player with a strong willingness to participate and help others
- Be a self-starter, chase down blockers, and proactively finish projects in a timely manner.
Nice to have
- Understanding of trade lifecycle and investment
- Familiar with continuous integration tools (Jenkins, TeamCity, Octopus a plus)
- Experience in automated testing of distributed systems/solutions
- Shell-scripting skills
