Retail customer segment is catered digitally through their RMB (Retail Mobile Banking) application. Avenga helps with revamping the RMB by using microapp architecture to enhance the architecture and have a better user experience.
RMB customers can perform multiple activities through current functionalities like – Account Opening, Transfers, Bill Payments etc.
