About the Role

**What you will do**

+ Lead the sales team, establish its objectives and assure that the business strategies are followed, with the purpose to reach the established goals.
+ General understanding of the business objectives and strategy. Supplies orientation and competitive intelligence to the team, in its journey to reach the expectations.
+ Monitors reaching of sales quotas by the commercial team.
+ Develops strategies to generate new businesses and launch new products
+ Must conduct all business and affairs in compliance with the laws and the regulations
+ Manages the budget for activities related to Marketing
+ Creates and manages price strategies with intention to create competitive advantages.
+ Works with the Department of Operations to determine that the amounts of stock are aligned with the current numbers of sales.
