Senior Jira Administrator

Position Description:

Preferred Hybrid from CGI Atlantic Canada offices/Remote from Ontario

We are seeking a Senior Jira Administrator to manage, configure, and optimize Jira platforms to support enterprise-level delivery, reporting, and portfolio management needs. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Jira administration, including the setup of extended hierarchies (e.g., portfolio or program levels) and integrations with enterprise tools such as Clarity and other ALM/PPM platforms.

This will be a six-month term position with a possibility of extension.

• Administer and maintain Jira (Cloud or Data Center), including projects, workflows, issue types, schemes, permissions, and security.
